Backdrops & Draping Services
Now the fun begins … this is the longest and by far the most important step in our process … and It’s also our favorite. Depending on the services you booked and the details of your event, we begin to manifest your vision. We’ll work together to take care of all the logistics, such as vendor selection and meetings, site visits, contract reviews and design elements.
Planning & Design
During our Consultation meeting we will go our services, listen to your wedding plans and your visions for your event, and discuss how we will help you make it happen. Within 48hrs following our consultation, you will receive a customized proposal.
Consult
After your initial inquiry, we will set up a 30 minute consultation and send you our Client Consultation Questionnaire to be completed prior to your schedule consultation.

It’s Showtime … The JaiBird Team will be on site up to 10hrs on the day of your event to organize, coordinate, and execute the event we designed. Your final task … Relax and Enjoy the Day … We’ve Got This!!
