We conduct a 15 – 30min Consultation with you to gain an understanding of you design needs. We go over your inspirations, Pinterest boards, and our Consultation Questionnaire to make sure we know what you want and confirm if we can deliver to your satisfaction.
After our consultation, if a site visit is required, we follow up with an invoice for our Draping Design Booking Fee, which is required to secure your event date on our calendar. This non-refundable fee will be deducted from your Draping Design Proposal. If no site visit is required, we'll send you our Draping Design Proposal after our initial consultation.
We will then visit your venue to take measurements and start planning your design and installation. It's optional for you to be present, but it gives us an opportunity to walk through your desired design.
Following this visit, we develop your Design Plan and send your Draping Design Proposal with the applicable payment schedule. Production Costs for materials, delivery, and costs associated with any special equipment and staff required for the installation will also be included.
If applicable, one month before your event, we will provide a Production Timeline and Installation Checklist, which will also be shared with your planner or coordinator, the venue manager and any of your vendors who are affected by our installation.
On your event day, our team will professionally manage the delivery and installation of the draping, and any other rentals or design services you hire us for, and we will return after your reception to remove it. If on-site coordination is included with your services, our on-site staff will be there throughout the period they are needed.
Everything we do will be planned and coordinated with your venue manager, event planner or coordinator, and/or your other vendors to ensure a smooth, successful, and memorable experience for you.
